Shipping

All orders are shipped from Iowa.

Shipping is $7 per order.
Orders with two or more items ship free.
The Intro Set always ships free.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days,
depending on your location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Due to the nature of incense products, we do not accept returns.

If incense arrives significantly damaged during shipping,
we will replace it with a new item.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
and include your order number along with a photo of the damage.

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect use
are not considered damage.
